GooMur, Terms and Conditions of Use
(“Terms and Conditions of Use”)

Introduction to Terms and Conditions of Use:
		
		GooMur is a mobile phone app based service to help customers save up to 75% on their taxi fares and save substantially by car pooling.
		
		GooMur has its registered office at  193 Lower Kimmage Road, Dublin 6W.
		
		In these Terms and conditions of Use:
		
			(1) References to “you”, “your” and “yours” are references to the person accessing GooMUr   .
		
		
			(2)  References to “we”, “us” and “our” are references to GooMur.
		
		
		Terms and Conditions apply to the entire contents of the website, GooMur and to any correspondence by e-mail or otherwise between us and you.
		
		By becoming a Registered User and / or using the website you are accepting the Terms and Conditions of Use.

Refunds:
		    Once you accept to join a journey, the service fee is non refundable.
		
		Disclaimer:
		
			The website provides methods by which an individual may initiate contact with each other.  The suitability of travel companions remains entirely your responsibility and not the responsibility of GooMur.
		
		
			Users of the website are advised that safety checks  are made against anyone joining the website (see registration section), but that all individuals should still exercise due caution and satisfy themselves that the person or persons that they are travelling with are suitable.

GooMur cannot be held liable for any potential inaccuracies or errors on the website
			Eligibility, Registration and your Account section, please add in; If a user provides false or inaccurate information during registration, GooMur has the right to terminate the account immediately, without notification
		
		
		Terms and Conditions of Use:
		
			Eligibility, Registration and your Account:
		
		
			In order to register, you must be 18 years or over and you must furnish your mobile number together with your home address, email, and most importantly verified face pics (see registration section.
		
			All Users must agree to accept details of other apps from the GooMur group.
		
			All Users must complete the registration process and all information supplied must be current,  accurate and correct.
		
		
			All registrations are subject to our consent.
		
		
			You are not allowed to share your account with any third party.
		
		
			You will remain responsible for any statements made through your communication with the website / app.
		
		
			Terms and conditions will remain in place as long as you are and remain as a Registered User.
		
		
			You must agree to use the website correctly and not to violate the laws or you are at risk of your agreement with GooMur being terminated.
		
		
			Terms and Conditions will vary from time to time and it is incumbent on the User to make themselves aware of any change to the Terms and Conditions.

GooMurs terms and conditions are not exhaustive and can be changed at any time without prior notice to the users
			Journey Matching

GooMur takes no responsibility for any incidents that may occur during a shared ride.
		
		
			Journey Matching:
		
		
			The website / app will search for travel companions and contact other Registered Users with a view to sharing.  We do not propose to broker, arrange and / or advise a sharing arrangement for you.
		
		
			We will not be liable for false declarations of other Users.  We advise to exercise caution and common sense
		
		
			We propose that you advise someone you can trust when you intend to meet a Registered User and the best place to meet a person for the first time is in a public place.
		
		
			Behaviour:
		
		
		Registered Users should conduct themselves in an appropriate manner.  They must not post anything defamatory, threatening, abusive or any other objectionable material against any other Registered or Unregistered Person that violates the laws of the Republic of Ireland or any other country.  We reserve the right to remove the User from being registered on the site / app and terminating his or her contract.

GooMur takes no responsibility for any incidents that may occur during a shared ride.

Any misbehaviour by clients will lead to automatic suspension or termination of their account.

Access:
		
		
			Access is provided on an “as is, as available” basis.  We have the right to deny or limit access and at all times, you are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access.  In the event of your mobile phone being used by a third party, you are responsible for informing them of the Terms and Conditions.
		
		
			We reserve the right to regularly amend or remove material or even suspend the website.  We will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from use of the website or for any suspension in the website.
		
			It is the users responsibility to secure their own devices and their account credentials

Privacy:
		
		We recommend that you read the Privacy Policy as set out below.  We will register under the Data Protection Act and we will not disclose any information with any other entity unless we have express permission from you, the person (s) concerned.  You authorise us to use the information but not just limited to photos for the benefit of the site only and not for public dissemination.

GooMur will retain information on terminated / deleted accounts for 3 months, for legal reasons, in the event the said information should be required by law enforcement.
		
			Limitation to Liability:
		
		
		The website operates as a “virtual notice board” which allows you to save money on your trips, the material on the website is supplied with no guarantees, conditions or warranties and we shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to you caused by information posted or any errors or omission.

GooMur is limited to indirect, incidental, consequential and direct liabilities
		
			Indemnity to Us:
		
		
			You indemnify us from any and all claims, demands, costs and losses incurred as a result of you using the website. We have no responsibility for the use of our website through “links” or responsible to any party linking us on their website.

The user will indemnify GooMur against claims related to their misuse of the service
		
		
			We reserve the right to store information on members and to share that information for the benefit of the website.  Termination of your registration may occur without prior notice.  Your remaining credits will not be refunded by us.
		
		Termination:
		    Users can terminate their account via navigating to the "My Profile" section, and selecting the "Terminate My Account" option.
		    We retain information of terminated / deleted accounts for up to 3 months, for legal reasons, in the event such information is required by law enforcement.

After 3 month period has passes, GooMur will purge all information from its system.
		
			Governing Law:
		
		
		The laws of the Republic of Ireland should govern this agreement and should be used in the event of any dispute arising, regardless of the user's location.
